1.
All equipment rental including tables, chairs, linen, china, flatware and glassware must be rented and arranged through Event Architects. An event coordinator will be onsite for the duration of your event at $25 per hour.

Set up and deliveries for the event may begin at 2:00pm Mondays through Fridays and at 8:00am on Saturdays and Sundays, provided the pre-event walk-through has been completed

Client and caterer must introduce himself or herself to the event staff when they arrive before set-up, for the pre-event walk-through.

4.
All ice must be in self-contained receptacles. Bags of ice are not allowed anywhere within the Building at any time.

5.
Blocking of exit egress corridors will not be allowed. No items will be stored or staged in egress corridors. Curtains will not be drawn to visually block access to exit egress corridors. Tenants of the building must be allowed access through the Atrium at all times.

6.
Only blue masking tape supplied by the building is allowed on floor. Absolutely no tape is allowed on the walls.

7.
All decorations must be self-contained.

8.
Under no circumstances shall Tenant attach articles to interior walls, floors, pillars, or fireplaces with adhesives, staples, nails, or the like.

9.
Exit signs will not be turned off and must remain visible at all times.

10.
Please stage your function in the immediate Atrium area and do not stage equipment in the walkway outside of the Atrium columns. This area is to be clear for fire egress and for the use of our tenants.

11.
Lighted candles are only permitted if they are in an enclosed container.

12.
This is a non smoking building; no exceptions.

13.
Atrium lights must remain on until 5:30 p.m. for the safety of our tenants. After 5:30 p.m. all Atrium skylight lamps may be turned off with the emergency lights left on.

14.
Designated areas, entry and exit doors will be identified for use of Atrium occupants.

15.
The Building Engineer prior to the day of the event must first approve any and all electrical devices, including use of Atrium receptacles, for use.

16.
No amplified music or PA system is allowed Monday–Thursday. No sound checks are allowed prior to 5:30pm on Fridays.

17.
Two-wire, residential-duty electrical extension cords will not be used.

18.
Use of the Atrium’s round floor receptacles will be allowed only if they are covered over by a table or other larger obstacle that will keep persons from tripping over the cord and receptacle cover.

19.
No cords will be allowed to cross entry or stairwell-access doorways.

20.
All items brought into the building for use during the Atrium event may not be brought in prior to the Pre-Event Walkthrough on the day of the event and must be removed from the building or stored on the loading dock after the event. Everything left on the Loading Dock must be removed by 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Landlord will not be responsible for any damage or loss if items are left at The Senator Building.

21.
The professional company providing food and beverage must do all catering, including set-up, breakdown, bartending, and trash disposal, etc.

22.
Caterer must provide all trashcans, trash bags, and cleaning materials; the building will provide none. The Renter is responsible for cleaning and removing any trash, broken glass, food, and beverage, etc. from the Atrium and Loading Dock areas. Both areas must be left visibly clean.

23.
The Coffee Cart in the Loading Dock is not for Event use.

24.
There will be no frying of foods.

25.
The caterer must provide a fire extinguisher placed near each warming station if sterno is used.

26.
There are three 120-volt electrical circuits located on the Loading Dock for food warming. Please have the Building Engineer describe power distribution for your needs prior to the day of the event.

27.
Never slide tables across the marble floor.

28.
Never move the plants or the kiosks.

29.
Pads or caps must be placed on bases of all pieces of furniture or equipment to avoid scratching the floor.

30.
All work must be done by your personnel i.e. the building's employees will not and cannot help you set up, clean up, hang decorations, nor lend you any equipment.

31.
Ice sculptures must be completely removed from the premises after the event.

32.
NO BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE VERANDA.

33.
All beverages must be placed in an insulated ice chest. Other type of containers must be placed on mats to protect the marble floor.
